Mason James, of Los Angeles, California, passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 82. He was born on June 25, 1942.

Mason spent his life in Los Angeles, where he built a quiet and independent life. Though he never married and had no immediate family, he will be remembered by friends and neighbors for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and gentle spirit.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Armstrong Garcia & McKenzie. Interment will follow on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Haven Cemetery.
