Nancy Nevel passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 87.

Born on October 23, 1937, to Charles Edwin and Mary Farley Nevel, Nancy lived a long and quiet life. For the past 26 years, she made her home in Long Beach, California.

Nancy proudly served in the United States Armed Forces, honoring her country with dedication and strength. She never married and remained single throughout her life.

She is survived by two cousins, Susan L. Bahr and Jean N. Williams, who remember her with respect and affection.

Nancy was laid to rest with military honors in a private ceremony at Riverside National Cemetery. Her service and life, though largely private, are honored and remembered. May she rest in peace.
