Richard Frank Sam, a dedicated veteran and a member of the Glendale community, passed away on December 8, 2023, in La Crescenta, California. He was 83 years old.

Born on July 11, 1940, Richard proudly served his country in the Armed Forces, where he demonstrated unwavering commitment and courage. His service was a testament to his dedication and sacrifice, qualities that continued to define him throughout his life.
