It is with quiet remembrance that we mark the passing of Teruko Amanuma, who died on September 6, 2024, at the age of 73.

Teruko was born on January 19, 1951, and spent her life with a quiet strength and independent spirit. In the final year of her life, she resided in Paramount, California.

Though Teruko was never married and had no surviving family, she left an impression on those who knew her.

Teruko will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Sylmar, California. In honoring her wishes, no public services will be held.
