In Loving Memory of William “Bill” Robles

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of William Rico “Bill” Robles Jr, who passed away on July 12, 2026, in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 74.

Born on November 18, 1951, in Pomona, California, Bill lived a life marked by resilience, determination, and a deep appreciation for the open road. He was best known for his love of trucking, a profession that reflected his hardworking nature and independent spirit. Whether behind the wheel or sharing stories with those around him, Bill lived life on his own terms.

Bill’s greatest legacy lives on through his family. He is lovingly survived by his children, Jacqueline Robles, Christina Robles, William Robles, and Sarah Robles-Chavez, as well as 17 cherished grandchildren and 6 beloved great-grandchildren. His love and influence will continue to be carried forward through each of them.

Those who knew Bill will remember his strong personality, his stories, his sense of humor, and the lasting impression he left on those around him. His family will especially treasure the simple traditions that spoke volumes about his love—like the birthday phone calls he faithfully made each year, a gesture that became a cherished reminder that he was always thinking of those he loved.
